Pizza 2: The Villa seems to be bang on target. The shooting started on April 17th, as scheduled and more than two thirds of the film is already complete. An August release seems highly possible, just as per programme. Producer CV Kumaran and Thiru Kumaran Entertainment joined hands with Studio Green to announce this film with Sanchitha Shetty and Ashok Selvan in the lead.
Debutante director Deepan Chakravarthy is said to have made a real thriller of a film. Though he has worked for HCL as a software engineer, he has won praise from the producers of Pizza2: The Villa for his work.
‘Pizza’ was a horror movie with direction by Karthik Subburaj and lead roles played by Vijay Sethupathi and Ramya Nambeesan. Pizza 2: The Villa follows the same genre of films, and is an out and out horror movie, with edge of the seat thrilling scenes.
